Penternakan Lemak :)

Another interesting quote:

Belly fat is natural. Its main purpose is to actually protect the vital internal organs. To lose belly fat is to defy nature. This is why it is so difficult to achieve :)

So kawan2...gi mana seh???

Searching for happiness seems so hard sometimes..

If you want something badly, let it go..
If it comes back to you, then it's yours forever..
If it doesn't, then it was never yours to begin with..

This is lately my most favourite quote. It dazzles me in the way it means. First time reading those lines already makes me had a crush on it. For a moment I thought it's true to believe in these. But who really have the guts to let go of your loved one and take risk of losing him/her?

Life is sometimes unfair. It hurts when we lose the person that we love the most. It's like the end of the day for us and no more air for us to breath. Why don't we deserve happiness in our life? On the other hand, why do we never be grateful of what we have?

At one site, we don't know what we have until we lose it. Another site, it is true that we don't know what we will have until we have it. It always happens that we don't see what is clearly next to us. We try to reach something blurry in front of us instead. We don't realize the perfection that we have because we never think of turning our head to see what is always beside. Who are we to decide the future. The future is unpredictable. People with dreams come true will be lucky. Otherwise, it breaks the heart.

We Never Realize How Bad We Are..

This is my first time blogging. Hopefully everything makes sense. Hee~

Have you ever been in a group of ladies or gentlemen and start chit-chatting about bla bla bla until the most exciting part>>>>GOSSIPS<<<

That's when I start to know that I am not good at all. I don't have the right to judge others. Because I'll do the same thing as they did. So now hopefully I can keep my forever open mouth shut! But what to do..the phrase 'FOREVER' already means the whole time. And it takes forever to make me quite. Adeh...
